Please brown, red, green and blue sugar are all sugar!
Cut down on processed foods ramped with sugar!
They come in different names and sizes..
Brown rice syrup
High fructose corn syrup
Fruit juice concentrate
Just wanted to tell you… it’s sugar!
So whatever the name it is called… tied to a healthy food or not… like fruit smoothies (sorry … read the label)
Just FYI so that you’re not tricked by the name..
Instead: Find natural ways to enjoy sweets
…Like frozen grapes
There’s no reason to avoid the sugar that’s naturally present in whole foods.
Fruit, vegetables, and dairy products naturally contain small amounts of sugar but also vitamins, minerals, fibers and other beneficial nutrients.
But sugar is still sugar.
Thank you for reading to this point!
Still with less sugar,
