Instead: Find natural ways to enjoy sweets

There’s no reason to avoid the sugar that’s naturally present in whole foods.
Fruit, vegetables, and dairy products naturally contain small amounts of sugar but also vitamins, minerals, fibers and other beneficial nutrients.
But sugar is still sugar.
