Great first visit, eventhough it was a televisit Dr.Gisha put my mind at ease with some health concerns I had. I can't wait to come in person and meet her and the rest of the team.

I’ve seen Nurse Practitioner Gisha Regi two times and both visits were great.

I was highly disappointed that I waited 52 weeks to have my appointment specifically with Dr. Olabintan only to find out during check out that when I was talking with the nurse practitioner that, that actually was my “Dr. visit.” I was not informed nor asked was I comfortable with only speaking with a nurse practitioner. I had concerns that I wanted to address with my PCP including asking about certain test and possibly get a referral for an health issue I’m having. I did not find out I wasn’t seeing Dr. Olabintain until it was check out time and I asked when am I seeing the Dr. and the lady informed me she didn’t know why that I was pushed off on the nurse practitioner. Certain bloodwork/test I wanted to discuss and have done but I didn’t get the chance to discuss and now that’s an insurance visit wasted due lack of transparency and integrity of seeing patients.

I love my new doctor. I’ve never had such a seamless process in all the times of me going to the doctor. She is very personable as all the staff is there. I am very pleased.

Livingspring and Dr O have a refreshing approach to providing medical services. They actually LISTEN to you. My experience was an awesome one from beginning to the end. From the intake portion up until actually being seen by Dr. “O”. I’m new and have been here for a short time in the area and was needing a new Family Doctor. After my first visit on yesterday , I’m for certain that I have found my medical doctor and village. Entire group was very friendly, knowledgeable and very patient and customer focused. Dr “O” was very patient, very good listener and very concerned about addressing the root issues first with an immediate action plan; to be able to resolve the real issue. I always have great experiences with the Dr's and nurses at this facility. They have great bedside manners. The only set back and the 4 star rating is due to the new Office Manager LaShawn and her bad customer service. She is totally rude and is the reason I will be looking for another Dr.

I love seeing Dr. O. I feel am heard and cared for. She tries to "treat" me medically the way I'd like. She gives me alternative recommendations and doesn't pressure me to 'do it her way. Now, she doesn't take my insurance atthe time, but I haven't found another PCP like her. She was recommended and I will do the same.

Met Dr. O for the first visit on yesterday (02/07/24), she sat with me for more than just 5 minutes, engaging in conversation about me and my health. I found that to be very comforting. I would recommend visiting if you are in need of a Doctor who actually have time to talk and give you a quality visit!

Gisha listened to.my concerns & talked about follow up plans. She got me in & out quickly due to being over heated and not feeling well because of it. This office is always a little warmer, but during this visit the office , especially the exam rooms felt like an oven..

This office lacks unprofessionalism and communication skills. They waited three days before the appointment to notify me that they no longer accept the insurance. I booked the appointment months in advance and no one reached out to notify me. Having a primary physician is important to have for annual visitations. Now I have to try to find another physician for my daughter and I have no idea how long it will take to get an appointment. This is just unacceptable.

The staff is amazing. Jasmynn was so patient with the lady who was in front of me as I was waiting to check-in. She has to repeat herself a few times and was kind and helpful to the lady. It was great to see the genuine care she took with this lady. Dana is so careful and knowledgeable when it comes to drawing blood. I am a hard stick but she gets it every time and never hurts me. Dr.O is beyond words! The manner in which she listened to my concerns and asked questions to get clarity made me feel heard, understood and cared for! I have already recommended 4 people who are now patients due to me sharing my experience.

I came in for a follow up appt and Sonya the nurse ask me about the flu shot I always get them and she went and got one and I have to brag that is the first shot I honestly never felt the needle! I’ve been going to this office for over a year now and like it but this was my first time seeing Dr. Gisha Regi and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. I would recommend her and the practice to others . However, just make sure you reiterate what it is you’re trying to get through to them because there’s been some confusion with the payments and prices and it has put me in a rut but other than that it’s a pretty good office .

Dr O is personable and amazing. She listens to you as the patient and together come up with the best plan or treatment for you. I love it here. The staff is friendly and professional as well. This is like the Chic-fil-la of doctor offices.
