I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this practice. From my very first appointment, I have experienced scheduling issues and poor communication. At my initial appointment, I arrived on time expecting to see the physician I specifically requested based on recommendations from family members. After arriving, I was informed that due to scheduling and booking errors on the office’s end, I would not be able to see her and was instead scheduled with a nurse practitioner. Since then, I have continued to experience confusion regarding appointments, including virtual visits and rescheduled appointments. Most recently, I had my annual women’s health appointment scheduled. Due to multiple accidents causing traffic delays, I called ahead to notify the office that I would be approximately 15 minutes late. At no point during that call was I informed that I would not be seen. I then drove over an hour to the office, only to be told upon arrival that the physician had a meeting and was unable to see me. As someone with a disability, making long drives and coordinating medical appointments requires significant effort and planning. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have avoided an unnecessary trip and physical strain. I chose this practice because of the positive experiences shared by my family members, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite. Patients deserve clear communication, respect for their time, and consideration when scheduling issues arise. After multiple instances of miscommunication and inconvenience, I have decided to seek care elsewhere. I hope this feedback encourages improvements in scheduling practices and patient communication so that others do not experience the same frustration.

Dr Aduba listens to health issues and makes sure the solutions are effective. He is a good doctor.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Aduba, and I was genuinely impressed. Even though he's new to the practice, he carries himself with the confidence, care, and professionalism of someone who’s been doing this for years. He listened closely, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I understood every part of my care plan.

Dr Uchenna was professional, nice, patient and very experienced. He made my visit very easy and I felt comfortable.

Dr O takes time with her patients. And you can always see how much she cares. She always has a smile on her face and is very approachable. The added bonus for me is that Dr O is a Christian. As a Christian woman myself, I love that she shares her faith by having scriptures and postive messages posted in her office.

Always a pleasure seeing Dr. O She is professional, while being warm & caring! She always talks about your whole health which I appreciate. The only reason I did not give a five star review is due to the wait time. Appt was at 8:30 an did not see the doctor until 9:05.

Dr. McCurley is the best doctor ever. He’s passionate about his patients. He listens his bedside manner is phenomenal. He’s been my doctor for years now. He’s one of the most knowledgeable doctors I know. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a medical professional doctor.

I appreciated the teledoc service because of the weather

Dr. "O" is good. However the wait time for virtual visit is crazy long. I spend less time waiting for her in person than I do online. I would not recommend doing a virtual visit at this office. 1st time virtual visit, waited in the 'waiting room' for over an hour. My 2nd time was longer than 30 minutes. When I see her in person I'm pretty much in and out.

Had a great visit with Dr. O. She takes her time with you and answers all your questions. The visit was for blood test results. She is very thorough and great suggestions to keep you moving forward to a healthy lifestyle! She is really the best!!

Great first visit, eventhough it was a televisit Dr.Gisha put my mind at ease with some health concerns I had. I can't wait to come in person and meet her and the rest of the team.

I’ve seen Nurse Practitioner Gisha Regi two times and both visits were great.

I was highly disappointed that I waited 52 weeks to have my appointment specifically with Dr. Olabintan only to find out during check out that when I was talking with the nurse practitioner that, that actually was my “Dr. visit.” I was not informed nor asked was I comfortable with only speaking with a nurse practitioner. I had concerns that I wanted to address with my PCP including asking about certain test and possibly get a referral for an health issue I’m having. I did not find out I wasn’t seeing Dr. Olabintain until it was check out time and I asked when am I seeing the Dr. and the lady informed me she didn’t know why that I was pushed off on the nurse practitioner. Certain bloodwork/test I wanted to discuss and have done but I didn’t get the chance to discuss and now that’s an insurance visit wasted due lack of transparency and integrity of seeing patients.

I love my new doctor. I’ve never had such a seamless process in all the times of me going to the doctor. She is very personable as all the staff is there. I am very pleased.

Livingspring and Dr O have a refreshing approach to providing medical services. They actually LISTEN to you. I always have great experiences with the Dr's and nurses at this facility. They have great bedside manners. The only set back and the 4 star rating is due to the new Office Manager LaShawn and her bad customer service. She is totally rude and is the reason I will be looking for another Dr.

I love seeing Dr. O. I feel am heard and cared for. She tries to "treat" me medically the way I'd like. She gives me alternative recommendations and doesn't pressure me to 'do it her way. Now, she doesn't take my insurance atthe time, but I haven't found another PCP like her. She was recommended and I will do the same.

Met Dr. O for the first visit on yesterday (02/07/24), she sat with me for more than just 5 minutes, engaging in conversation about me and my health. I found that to be very comforting. I would recommend visiting if you are in need of a Doctor who actually have time to talk and give you a quality visit!

Gisha listened to.my concerns & talked about follow up plans. She got me in & out quickly due to being over heated and not feeling well because of it. This office is always a little warmer, but during this visit the office , especially the exam rooms felt like an oven..

This office lacks unprofessionalism and communication skills. They waited three days before the appointment to notify me that they no longer accept the insurance. I booked the appointment months in advance and no one reached out to notify me. Having a primary physician is important to have for annual visitations. Now I have to try to find another physician for my daughter and I have no idea how long it will take to get an appointment. This is just unacceptable.

The staff is amazing. Jasmynn was so patient with the lady who was in front of me as I was waiting to check-in. She has to repeat herself a few times and was kind and helpful to the lady. It was great to see the genuine care she took with this lady. Dana is so careful and knowledgeable when it comes to drawing blood. I am a hard stick but she gets it every time and never hurts me. Dr.O is beyond words! The manner in which she listened to my concerns and asked questions to get clarity made me feel heard, understood and cared for! I have already recommended 4 people who are now patients due to me sharing my experience.

I came in for a follow up appt and Sonya the nurse ask me about the flu shot I always get them and she went and got one and I have to brag that is the first shot I honestly never felt the needle! This is a wonderful place and I love Dr O she is so on top of everything and one of the best.

I’ve been going to this office for over a year now and like it but this was my first time seeing Dr. Gisha Regi and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and was very attentive. I would recommend her and the practice to others . However, just make sure you reiterate what it is you’re trying to get through to them because there’s been some confusion with the payments and prices and it has put me in a rut but other than that it’s a pretty good office .

Dr O is personable and amazing. She listens to you as the patient and together come up with the best plan or treatment for you. I love it here. The staff is friendly and professional as well. This is like the Chic-fil-la of doctor offices.

The atmosphere upon walking in was pleasant. The staff greeted everyone who walked in with a warm smile & welcome. Everyone's demeanor and presence was highly professional. I felt comfortable and at ease to share my health problems and concerns. My time with the doctor, I gathered she takes great pride in what she does, as well as her patients. Upon seeing the doctor, I was not rushed or talked to in a hasty manner. She genuinely took a concern in my health.

Dr. O is extremely knowledgeable, up to date with the latest in technology and practices and extremely efficient. By the time I left my office visit, my consults and medications were ready! From Dana in the lab, to the MAs, Ashley and Quynh, to the front desk, Bianca and Jenette, to Ana and Maya, everyone provides outstanding care and are extremely professional. I am a Christian who loves God and to see that boldly displayed in a doctor's office in 2023 shows that Dr. O proudly loves God and is Heaven sent to help heal and cure God's people. I say this all of the time, I love my doctor!! It’s not often to meet a doctor that believes in prayer and will pray with and for you if you ask. today was my first visit. I've never felt more immediately comfortable in an office, and with a doctor. everyone is professional and friendly, and Dr. Olabintan was extremely thorough. all around a great experience.

Dr. O was wonderful. She listened to all of my concerns. It was great to have a doctor that cares about you. I just found out that my insurance is not accepted; however, I will keep trying to get her added. She is an exceptional doctor and hope that I get to see her for future visits.

Dr. O is the best! Never have I laughed so much with any of my doctors. This was me and my husband's first visit with her as new patients. She made us feel welcomed. She is relatable, kind, personable and has very good bed-side manners. We highly recommend her. Lastly, she is local and her office hours make it easy for you to get an appointment if you can't make it during the day. Thank you Dr. O for making your patients feel like humans! One last note, Paula the young lady who sets up her appointments and works with you for the patient portal is also amazing. She too was very nice, kind and patient!

Livingspring Family Medical Center have exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so kind and helpful from scheduling to helping with my insurance. Dr. Olabintan was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Olabintan gave great information and recommendations to a healthy lifestyle!!!

Today was my first day meeting Dr. O. She was very personable. She made me feel very comfortable and she took her time in explaining this to me as well making several suggestions on how to make myself feel better. I'm so glad she will be my doctor. She made me feel that no question was a dumb question. I felt she knew exactly how I was feeling, she was right there with me. She didn't brush me off to make her diagnoses and then left. She stayed as long as you needed. I never have done a virtual appointment before. It was really nice. Thank you Dr. O.

I have to say this was the most pleasant Doctors Visit to date! The Staff and Doctor are incredible and superb with making you feel at home and important! The Office Administrator Amy is phenomenal along with being extremely helpful! I look forward to the future with this Doctor! You feel so comfortable and its like you have known them a long time!
