Teen depression is much more than feeling temporarily sad or down in the dumps. It's a serious and debilitating mood disorder that can change the way one think, feel, and function in his  daily life, causing problems at home, school, and in social life.

A brief info about our guest -
Dr. Tolulope Alugo is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist who helps to empower youth mental health by providing diagnostic assessments and treatment, as well as educating parents and caregivers about these disorders and how to ensure they look after their own mental health while caring for their children. 

She is the founder of Saint John Children and Adolescent Psychiatric Program (saintjohncapp) and the Emotions Ambassador Programme, where she is actively involved in education and advocacy in the area of youth mental health.
