When did you last laugh?

When last did you laugh?

I mean really Laugh.

"What is there to laugh about?" you ask.
Truth is in life there are things you have to look for rather than expect to fall in your lap.

Laughter is one of them.

There will always be reasons to frown but being intentional with finding reasons to laugh is a good natural "pick- me up."

Similar to practicing Gratitude... I digress.

Why laugh?

1. It HELPS reduce stress

2. Lowers blood pressure

3. Helps fight depression

4. RELEASES ENDORPHINS - YOUR BODY'S NATURAL "HIGH"

5. ALLOWS YOU TO TAKE IN OXYGEN RICH-AIR

Please try it.... Be intentional about it.

(Please do not do it at someone else's expense).

Find a show, pictures... a story and laugh in company or in solitude.

Here's to you and many more reasons to laugh.

In health,
