Mindset Shifts

Mindset shifts…

Because the mind naturally talks gibberish …

And needs consistent re-direction…

Oh the mind chatter is not unique to you…

But we got to hush it

I was taught this ….

It works…

I am passing it on …

Limiting thoughts …AKA life-blocking, potential-wrenching, growth-stunting, foot-shooting, life-wasting beliefs…

Write them down…

Then change them to empowering beliefs…

Because you are what you think …

You essentially live out what you think…

Let’s try it …

“ I can’t do it”
“ I can learn how to do it, I’ll ask for help if I need to ”

“ I made a costly mistake, I’m in irredeemable”
“I can learn from said mistakes, God can redeem me”

“I’m allergic to exercise”
“I will overcome said allergies one day at a time”

“They must be gifted that’s why only they can do great things ”
“I will celebrate my own gifts and that of others… I will learn from others how to leverage my own gifts”

“This is the way I am, I cannot change ”
” I can become, better each day with room for grace. I will also be patient with the process”

"I am a meat and potatoes guy"
"I can become a fruit and veggies with meat and potatoes guy"

“My past is an indicator of my future”
"My future will be better than my past"

“I am not loved, I’m not love-able”
"Jesus loves me- enough to die for me Booyah!"

What are your limiting thoughts? How can you change them?

Try writing them down.

Then flipping them in your favor.

Then say it till your mind agrees with it.
