Cues

Put them in front of you

Cues that is!

You know …

Those things that’s make it easier to remember to do the things that are good for you so that you don’t have to work too hard to do the things that will help you live long and well

so that you stay enjoying good quality and quantity of life

so that you can stay around long enough to enjoy all the things that are important to you

Even typing that was a lot of work

Simply put…

Put the visual cues in front of you!

Example1: fruit basket with fresh fruits on the kitchen table

Example 2: gym clothes and shoes right by your bed

Example 3: your piano where you can see it

Example 4: water bottles at different stations in the house or office

Example 5: your vision board

Example 6: this post

I’m hooting and rooting for you!

See it. Do it. Rinse and repeat!
