Modern life pushes us to extremes—over-spiritualizing everything or obsessing over outward appearance. Social feeds reward image over substance, and many of us forget we’re more than flesh and schedules. Scripture reminds us God desires our whole being—spirit, soul, and body—to be aligned and healthy.
As Dr. Rahel shared, science is a gift and often the channel God uses to heal. Many therapies and medications trace back to natural sources and careful research. Wisdom is discerning which tools serve God’s purposes—and stewarding them well.
“The Lord is our healer, and He uses many mechanisms—research, discoveries, and yes, medicine.”
If you remember only one framework, make it this (Acts 2:42). It’s less about what and more about steadfastness.
The Word – Feed daily on truth to replace inner lies and fear.
Fellowship – Don’t walk alone. Healthy community carries you in hard seasons.
Breaking of Bread (Communion) – Remember Christ’s sacrifice; cultivate gratitude and shared life.
Prayer – Keep the line open. Talk and listen.
“It’s not just what you take; it’s how consistently you take it.”
New to faith? The journey begins simply: believe in your heart and confess Jesus as Lord (Romans 10:9–10). If you want to talk, email hello@livingspringmedicals.com and we’ll help you take a next step.
Your soul (mind, will, emotions) needs nourishment, not noise.
Name the feeling & trace the source. “I feel uncelebrated because…” Put it on paper.
Journal honestly. Track God’s faithfulness; offload the mental clutter.
Curate your inputs. Your company shapes your chemistry. Unfollow what drains you; play worship often.
Speak new soundtracks. Use affirmations that directly counter your real fears.
Shortcut that works: curate your surround sound—what you hear, read, and repeat.
Your body carries your purpose.
Get checked. Don’t wait for a crisis. Book your annual physical and recommended labs.
Ask about supportive therapies. Vitamins, minerals, and evidence-based options may help (always in partnership with your provider).
Fuel early. Protein-forward breakfast stabilizes energy and focus.
Move creatively. Prayer-walks, light cycling while listening to Scripture—stack body and spirit.
Seeing your primary care doctor doesn’t mean you’re sick; it means you’re wise.
Body: Book your check-up tomorrow—put it on the calendar.
Soul: Journal one page: name the feeling, name the source, write a healthier replacement thought.
Spirit: Give God your first 15 (5 minutes Word, 5 worship, 5 prayer).
One habit that blesses all three: a 30–60 minute morning block (or whenever your “morning” starts): pray + journal + short walk. Consistent > impressive.
